Job Summary
Engage passersby at weekend home improvement events to schedule free in-home estimates for American Home Design products. Persuade potential customers to learn more about our services while professionally representing the company. This active role requires standing for four-hour shifts with reliable transportation to local venues across Middle TN. You must be self-motivated to work independently and approach customers with confidence. American Home Design, a locally owned business serving the region for over 45 years, offers a family-like environment with uncapped bonus opportunities and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to approach potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently
- Must be able to work weekends- when the events/shows happen!
- Active; requires being on your feet for a 4 hour shift
- Reliable transportation to get to local events around the Middle TN area
