Job Summary
Event Sales Manager responsible for guiding customers through event experiences and driving revenue using a proactive, consultative sales approach. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting quotes/proposals to customers via venue systems or other sources, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to service events, attending site visits and planning meetings to support the customer experience, understanding event cost structures for profitable designs, maintaining and growing relationships with venue personnel, updating CRM with customer information, and guiding customers through Encore’s network to secure additional opportunities. The role requires knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to learn and apply SOPs while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA or 1+ years of Encore or equivalent experience required
- Technical aptitude and computer proficiency required
