Job Summary
Lead sales for group and events at The Gate Golf Club, serving as the primary sales leader for all event/business opportunities. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to venue tours, proposal development, contract execution, and ongoing client relationship management. Collaborate closely with golf operations, food and beverage, and club leadership to drive event revenue and expand The Gate’s presence within Naples and Southwest Florida’s business, nonprofit, and social event communities. Build and nurture relationships with corporate, nonprofit, and social clients; deliver exceptional experiences from the first inquiry through event execution; ensure alignment with The Gate’s mission to provide high-quality experiences at affordable rates and to educate and train the hospitality and golf workforce. This role emphasizes hospitality sales expertise, relationship-building, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful events while coordinating cross-functionally to execute memorable guest experiences.
