Job Summary
Event Sales Manager responsible for generating new business and selling event packages for birthday parties, corporate events, school group outings, fundraisers, and group gatherings. Tasks include outside sales and community outreach, following up on leads via phone/email/in-person visits, promoting The Alley in the local community, assisting guests in selecting event packages, upselling food/beverage/attractions/arcade packages, coordinating event details for a seamless guest experience, hosting events as needed, and meeting monthly sales goals and revenue objectives. Qualifications emphasize strong communication, relationship-building, and a self-motivated, goal-oriented demeanor; sales experience is preferred but not required; hospitality, entertainment, or event planning experience is a plus. Transportation for outreach is required. Compensation includes base pay plus monthly commission ranging 3-6% based on performance, tips, health insurance, paid vacation, and advancement opportunities.
