Job Summary
Event Sales Manager at SPiN drives the full sales cycle for event experiences, turning inquiries into booked events through proactive outreach by phone, email, and social networks; conducts site visits; coordinates with Operations to ensure world-class execution; builds lasting client relationships for repeat business and retention; leads and supports the Director of Sales and team to exceed monthly sales goals; strong emphasis on communication, account management, and opportunity identification to elevate the client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience—at least 3 years in an Event Sales role
- A bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Hospitality)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to own and resolve problems
- Hospitality experience (great if you have it)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and work processing applications
- Experience with booking software such as Seven Rooms and Tripleseat (BONUS)
