Job Summary
Solicit, negotiate, and secure new business through relationship building with concierges, meeting planners, corporate clients, agencies, and local networks. Proactively generate new business via outbound prospecting including calls, emails, networking events, and site visits. Build and maintain an active sales pipeline to support revenue goals while handling incoming inquiries with urgency. Prepare proposals and contracts, manage client communication around deadlines, and follow up post-event to drive referrals. Own and be accountable for achieving individual sales goals tied to booking revenue. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, 2+ years of restaurant sales experience, and proficiency in Tripleseat or similar sales software. Base pay ranges from $60k to $70k with health, dental, vision insurance, and 10 days of PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant sales experience or similar position in this market
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Use of Tripleseat or similar sales software preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite
- Proficiency with OpenTable or similar booking software preferred
- Experience negotiating pricing within restaurant guidelines
- Food and beverage knowledge a plus
- Display a positive outlook and exude hospitality
