Job Summary
Develop and execute sales plans for Private Events at Arcis Golf clubs, driving new business and member acquisition. Lead prospecting and marketing efforts, schedule business development activities, conduct club tours for qualified prospects, and create customized experiences to maximize revenue. Build and manage a prospect pipeline, represent the club at trade shows and events, and maintain CRM-driven reporting and forecasting. Lead pricing strategy and competitive analysis to grow revenue and close high-value opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University
- Minimum five years of commissioned sales experience
