Job Summary
Event Sales Associate responsible for qualifying interested clients by phone and email, identifying leads for Quint’s official ticket and hospitality experience packages, and coordinating with the Event Sales Specialist team to schedule initial meetings and hot transfers. Roles include market development through inbound follow-up, calls, and emails to organize quality meetings, supporting the sales pipeline with CRM and sales-engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce and Outreach), applying customer-focused selling techniques across Opening, Investigating, Presenting, Confirming, and Positioning, and upholding ethical interactions with internal teams and external partners. Travel is not required as standard, with occasional events potentially attended upon request. The position emphasizes strong communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and ownership over tasks, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to learn rapidly about new topics to perform the role effectively.
