Event Sales Admin assists the event sales team in managing client inquiries and bookings, coordinates event logistics including scheduling and room setup, communicates with clients to gather event requirements and preferences, provides guest service by addressing client queries, maintains accurate records of client interactions and bookings, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure successful event execution. This role emphasizes administrative and organizational responsibilities, customer service excellence, and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, with Saturday morning availability required.
