Event Representative

Job Summary
Event Representative at Optimum responsible for driving market engagement and sales at community events. Build relationships with community leaders and stakeholders, develop partnerships with local organizations, plan and execute market-specific initiatives (sponsorships, pop-up events, MDU events, and outreach campaigns), prospect and qualify leads, close deals to meet sales targets, and promote Optimum products and services. Act as a brand ambassador, support training for new employees, share market insights, and report event KPIs (interactions, leads, sales). Qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field (preferred), experience in event coordination or sales, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and willingness to work evenings/weekends.
