Event Representative

Job Summary
Event Representative responsible for driving market engagement, building community relationships, and delivering sales by connecting with customers and stakeholders at community events. Acts as a brand ambassador to promote visibility of Optimum, coordinates at local events and partnerships with organizations, supports attainment of sales goals, conducts prospecting and lead qualification, closes deals, and provides customer engagement and post-event follow-up. Collaborates with area marketing and regional leadership, trains new employees, and reports event outcomes with KPIs such as interactions, leads, and sales. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and availability to work evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience in event coordination, sales, or community outreach
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
