Job Summary
Producer to lead end-to-end production of complex live entertainment experiences for Fever Originals in Tokyo, overseeing concept development through on-site execution and post-event wrap-up. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-department teams (creative, operations, technical, vendor), developing comprehensive production documentation, maintaining schedules and milestones, budgeting and financial management (contracts, vendor negotiations, POs, invoicing), and guiding junior staff. Requires 5+ years in event production, strong production logistics, and contract/budget management experience, plus fluency in English and Japanese. Role is freelance in Tokyo with hybrid/work-from-home options; sponsorship provided for Tokyo stay. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in event production/live entertainment/media/experiential marketing
- experience managing complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- deep understanding of production logistics, scheduling, and vendor management
- contract negotiation and budget management experience
- proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Gantt charts)
- strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- English and Japanese: native or business level
- ambition to grow into larger production management or leadership roles
