Job Summary
Lead and support end-to-end live event production for Candlelight concerts, coordinating pre-production logistics, vendor selection, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up; oversee budgets and timelines, mentor Event Managers, manage multiple markets, conduct venue research, secure permits and insurance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on deliverables while contributing to creative ideation and scalable event concepts across Fever Originals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in live event production
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple cities and vendors
- Budget management experience
- Knowledge of permitting processes and insurance requirements
- Ability to travel and work across time zones
- Mentoring and team leadership experience (preferred)
