Job Summary
Identify and recruit potential speakers via phone and email, educating them on event value while managing speaker relations from concept to day-of execution. Research commercial real estate trends and programming ideas, then collaborate with sales to drive sponsorship and manage multiple events across various production stages. Build out-of-the-box content ideas, place C-level executives on conferences, and maintain open communication lines with all departments to support ambitious sales goals. Utilize community partnerships to promote event attendance and provide excellent service to sponsors. Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with meticulous organization, requiring hands-on execution and the ability to adapt to industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- must not require Bisnow's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States
- 1 - 3 years of data center knowledge/experience
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- very strong project management and meticulous organizational skills
- Ability to manage, develop and launch multiple projects under time-sensitive deadlines
- Great teammate with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on, roll up your sleeves worth ethic
- Tenacity is expected
- The ability to establish and maintain relationships with key people in CRE
