Independently create and execute profitable productions across live, hybrid, and social-first environments, from planning and budgeting to selecting teams and overseeing shoot days. Manage multiple projects, monitor timelines and budgets, ensure content aligns with the creative concept, and continuously improve productions. Provide guidance to interns and juniors and collaborate with strategy, account, creative, and production teams to deliver impactful, culture-driven experiences. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are essential, along with a good understanding of social, cultural, and experiential trends and the ability to work in fast-paced production environments.
