Job Summary
Onsite Event Planning Manager at Grand Hyatt Nashville drives catering and event revenue by serving as the primary client liaison for assigned groups, producing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Convention Resumes, and coordinating Food & Beverage, Audio Visual, and other requests. Responsible for maintaining detailed records, verifying space and setup with clients, managing agenda revisions and pre-event checks, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure quality and guest satisfaction. Focused on revenue growth through flawless event execution and strong client relationships, with 3+ years of banquet/meeting planning experience and a bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of banquet or meeting planner experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
