Job Summary
Manage project operations, planning, and execution for major Rakuten Ichiba merchant events, including the Rakuten New Year Conference, Rakuten Town Meetings, and the Rakuten Shop of the Year Awards Ceremony. Coordinate contents planning and production with external vendors while collaborating with business leaders and executives to foster long-term partnerships. Lead project management for these flagship initiatives that outline Rakuten Ichiba's vision and mid-term strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for effective documentation and project management
- Practical experience in project management or event planning and operations
- TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability)
- University Degree earned in an English-speaking country
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in leading large-scale events or managing projects with complex stakeholder structures
- Experience in presenting proposals and strategies to senior management or executives
