Job Summary

Coordinate high-profile financial services events by managing venue research, logistics, vendor communications, and production support. Develop detailed timelines and run-of-show documents to ensure seamless execution while maintaining strict brand standards. Support client stakeholders through status updates and deliverables tracking, then provide on-site problem-solving for guest-facing elements like registrations and hospitality. Track budget reconciliation and source vendor proposals to meet project spend accuracy. Identify potential risks, create contingency plans, and escalate issues to senior leadership as needed. Work four days a week in the NYC office with flexible evening and weekend availability.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in high-profile event production
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex travel logistics and high-profile guest services with attention to detail and discretion
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends
  • Candidates must be based in the NYC area
