Job Summary
Event Planner responsible for comprehensive logistical, administrative, and operational support for conferences, meetings, stakeholder engagements, and program events. Responsibilities include notes and meeting-material preparation, arranging venues, A/V setup, catering, registration, travel, and on-site support; vendor coordination; developing agendas, run-of-show scripts, attendee lists, signage, and briefing materials; supporting presentations and briefing books; maintaining event documentation; and ensuring compliance with client requirements, federal guidelines, and organizational standards. Requires 5 years of event planning experience, an Associate's Degree or similar credential, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong time-management, communication, and administrative skills are essential.
