Job Summary
Senior Event Partnerships Manager responsible for owning the full sales cycle across a portfolio of live event clients and prospects, building relationships and pipeline to win new business and grow existing accounts. Work across festivals, heritage shows, residencies, light trails, and sports with clients including Boomtown, Love Supreme, Wilderness, and London Marathon. Manage end-to-end tender and pitch processes, negotiate contracts, and coordinate onboarding with operations to ensure delivery against commitments. Drive account growth by expanding events, sites, or services within each partnership; build relationships with decision-makers at event organisations, promoters, and venues; contribute to go-to-market planning and represent Togather at industry events. Requires proven BD or commercial partnerships experience, strong live-events knowledge, a proactive, pipeline-driven salesperson mentality, and ability to coordinate across teams. Hybrid working pattern: 3 days in the office in London.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a business development or commercial partnerships role
- Experience in or closely adjacent to the live events industry
- Ability to run end-to-end tender and pitch processes
- Strong networking skills in the live events world
- Commercially aware with pricing models and P&Ls
- Organised pipeline management and contract administration
- Credible in front of senior stakeholders
- Background in ticketing, epos, or event services (advantage)
