Job Summary
Hands-on Event Operator to deliver, install, and de-rig brand assets for events (exhibitions, activations, roadshows), operate and troubleshoot basic AV kit and lighting, ensure safety and RAMS compliance, liaise with clients/venues/suppliers onsite, lead or support freelance crews, handle loading/unloading and vehicle driving (up to 3.5T) with occasional overnight/weekend work, and track assets using internal systems while contributing to continuous improvement and ISO9001 compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Able to use hand tools and mechanical handling equipment safely
- Great communication skills and confident client interaction
- Awareness of site H&S and ability to follow RAMS and protocols
- Basic IT skills (email, spreadsheets, asset tracking systems)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early starts, late finishes, weekends and overnight stays
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with kit and setups under pressure onsite
- Forklift licence (desirable)
- First Aid or H&S qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH) (desirable)
