Job Summary
Set-up and breakdown for all full-stadium events at Audi Field, including preparing the field, gates, locker rooms, concourse, and hospitality spaces. Operate oversight of Fan Experience Programs and coordinate with full-time staff to ensure successful event execution while adhering to strict timelines. Assist with space changeovers between events and provide logistical support for professional staff during concerts, festivals, and sporting matches. Commit to working at least 80% of Full Stadium Audi Field events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be comfortable performing physical labor, lifting 40+lbs, and working outside in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift 40+lbs without strain and comfortable walking for long durations.
- Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
- Commitment to work at least 80% of Full Stadium Audi Field Events (D.C. United, Washington Spirit, UFL, USL, etc.)
- Must be available to attend mandatory training session(s).
- Selected candidates must pass a background check.
- Candidates should be very comfortable performing physical labor activities.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and be goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive work ethic, team mindset, and professional attitude are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence interacting with fans and other staff members.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in sports or events is ideal, and a leadership background is a plus.
