Own end-to-end operations for 10 European private equity conferences annually from our London HQ; responsibilities include supplier research and management, contract negotiation, budget review, coordinating venue staff, providing on-site support, and overseeing event logistics; manage on-site volunteers (40-person team), ensure quality of design assets (banners, signage, brochures) and maintain inventory; travel opportunities for conferences overseas; strong focus on organisational excellence, communication, and proactive project management within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team.
