Job Summary
Own the operational standard for 10 European conferences annually from our London HQ. Responsible for end-to-end execution including supplier research, contract negotiation, budget management, venue coordination, on-site support, and managing a 40-person volunteer team across VIP events and various activities. Opportunities to work closely with senior leadership, travel to conferences overseas, and develop a broad set of operations, planning, outreach, and project-management skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The role emphasizes ownership, exceptional organization, proactive communication, and delivering high-quality event experiences in a start-up-like setting. Start date is flexible; role is onsite Monday to Friday near London Victoria Station.
