Job Summary
Oversee the operational delivery of match day and non-match day hospitality and catering events across the venue; manage event staffing, including rotas and casual staff; ensure high standards of customer service and event presentation; liaise with chefs/kitchen teams to ensure smooth food service; conduct staff briefings and supervise front-of-house operations; support bar operations as needed; ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene and licensing regulations; assist with staff training, development and performance management; coordinate event setup, turnaround and breakdown; act as a key operational contact during events; work collaboratively with hospitality, sales and cricket operations to deliver successful events; support the Head of Hospitality with operational planning and continuous improvement; promote inclusiveness, safeguarding, and a positive team environment; flexible working hours including evenings and weekends as required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering or event operations management
- Hold a personal licence
- Experience managing rotas and casual event staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of food hygiene, health & safety and licensing compliance
