Job Summary
Event Operations Manager role coordinating operations and commercial growth for Mobile Locker across Europe. Responsible for following up on incoming sales leads, developing and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with festival organizers and event partners, acting as the main point of contact for clients, partners, crews, and internal teams, recruiting, scheduling and coordinating event crews, leading on-site operations for events, planning and coordinating transport with drivers, suppliers, and organizers, monitoring crew performance with administrative follow-up, providing hands-on support during setup and breakdown, and keeping event and sales information up to date in internal systems. Requires fluency in Dutch with strong English and French, a commercial mindset, excellent organizational and communication skills, a proactive hands-on attitude, flexibility to work evenings/weekends during festival season, willingness to travel across Europe, and a valid Category B driving licence.
