Job Summary
Host special events, manage a team of event hosts, and oversee all area setups to ensure seamless guest experiences. Collaborate with Sales and Operations to create repeat bookings, while maintaining personal connections with event contacts to exceed their needs. Complete all event reporting and utilize guest feedback to continuously improve satisfaction. Forecast events using the client database, schedule staff appropriately, and counsel or discipline team members per HR guidelines. Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1 Year+ of Management Experience
- 2+ Years Banquet Captain
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of F&B and Hospitality Industry
- Broad Knowledge of/Experience in Event Planning and Execution
- Knowledge of POS register systems
- Be available to work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, in addition to extended workdays as needed by your center
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software preferred
