Job Summary
Host special events and manage a team of event hosts to ensure client and guest satisfaction. Oversee area setup, collaborate with Sales and Operations to create seamless experiences, and build personal connections with event contacts to exceed guest needs. Complete all event reporting and use feedback to continuously improve service. Utilize the client database to forecast events and schedule staff appropriately, while counseling and disciplining team members as required. Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days.
Required Qualifications
- 1 Year+ of Management Experience
- 2+ Years Banquet Captain
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of F&B and Hospitality Industry
- Broad Knowledge of/Experience in Event Planning and Execution
- Knowledge of POS register systems
- Be available to work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, in addition to extended workdays as needed by your center
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software preferred
