Job Summary
Manage day-to-day administrative operations for a dedicated client, including invoicing, scheduling, client relations, event management, compliance, and staff interviewing. Oversee event staff effectiveness to meet vendor and client expectations by developing quality assurance programs and resolving shortcomings. Partner with the recruiting team to manage hiring, selection, and training while conducting performance appraisals and handling employee grievances. Maintain onsite inventory of critical emergency supplies and make independent staffing decisions to balance competencies and reduce non-billable overtime. Submit procurement orders, create and modify event schedules in ABI, and conduct weekly timekeeping audits. Enforce event policies through communication and training, and manage disciplinary actions, counseling, and termination procedures in partnership with Human Resources. Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Service in Military Occupational Specialty related to law enforcement, security (such as Military Police, Elite Military Forces, combat arms) or any support role in a Combat Zone
- Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian) in the law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighter field
- Bachelor's degree in protective service, business, or related field
- Associate's degree (or 60 credits) in criminal justice with current or prior active military service
- Previous verifiable event security experience
- Previous verifiable private/corporate security experience
- Working knowledge of ABI/WinTeam
