Event Operations Graduate - 3 month FTC

Event Operations Graduate, a fixed-term contract for Jul–Oct 2026 in London, UK. You will join Central Operations to support planning and delivery of Freshers' Fairs across the UK, coordinate staffing and recruitment activity, assist with project management and operational coordination across multiple workstreams, and help ensure advertiser campaigns and experiential activations run smoothly. Responsibilities include coordinating event materials and logistics with warehousing teams, supporting nationwide Freshers tours and experiential campaigns, contributing to planning and delivery of the Freshers finale in London, maintaining documentation and trackers, identifying process improvements, and jumping in to help across the wider business during peak delivery periods. The role prefers graduates or final-year students with strong organisational, decision-making, ambiguity-management, and ownership skills; opportunities may exist to support campaign content (design, content creation, video editing) if in scope.
