Job Summary
Assist the Event Operations department in planning and executing Major League Soccer games, third-party ancillary events, and other major club operations. Ensure locker room set-ups meet MLS standards, service visiting teams and league officials, and oversee ball retrievers during events. Produce and distribute match credentials, lead briefings, and support various departments with match day responsibilities. Coordinate operational details for third-party events, manage equipment movement and storage, and ensure all activities comply with club and stadium standard operating procedures. Available 20-25 hours per week including nights, weekends, and extreme weather conditions, with typical game days requiring up to 12 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Available 20-25 hours per week, including nights and weekends and often under extreme weather conditions.
- A typical game day can require early hours and late nights amounting to a 12 hour event day commitment.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
