Job Summary
Event Operations Crew Member supports on-site execution of Aspen Skiing Company's events (e.g., Winter X Games, concerts, races) by assisting Event Manager/Lead with setup, teardown, signage, fencing, and safeguarding equipment. Responsibilities include coordinating event inventories, coordinating with team members, operating snowmobile shuttles, complying with safety protocols, and adapting to changing event requirements in outdoor, high-energy settings. Must be able to work non-traditional hours, perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs), and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Skiing or snowboarding proficiency required.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of previous experience in ski resort operations or event logistics
- Ability to ski or snowboard
- College Degree preferred
