Job Summary
Own the strategy for maximizing face-to-face time at marquee moments like Salesforce World Tours, TDX, and Dreamforce. Operate Tier 1 events as a primary demand generation channel by pre-booking prospect meetings, managing onsite staffing logistics, and ensuring demo stations function perfectly. Act as the brand guardian on the show floor, coordinating diverse teams to maintain pristine brand alignment while sourcing and managing external vendors. Define and track KPIs for pipeline acceleration, lead quality, and budget reconciliation, then lead post-mortem reviews within one week of completion. Support Sales leadership and BDR teams with messaging playbooks and sales-ready templates to convert onsite interactions.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years experience in B2B Event Marketing
- Proven track record of managing end to end trade shows
- Experience working directly with Sales leadership and BDR teams to drive pipeline outcomes
- Experience running events with extended team members contributing to the project from diverse organizations
- Track record for pulling teams together in common work streams and communication channels
- High ownership and urgency
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving/start-up type environment
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Deep understanding of venue operations
