Job Summary
Lead North American event strategy by operating Tier 1 events as primary demand generation channels, shifting focus to measurable pipeline acceleration. Own face-to-face time maximization by coordinating pre-booked prospect meetings, executive dinners, and networking events with Sales leadership. Manage large B2B marketing events by overseeing onsite staffing logistics, brand compliance, and demo station functionality while acting as a strategic resource for internal teams. Source, negotiate with, and manage external vendors to deliver production within budget, then define and track KPIs including booth scans, MQLs, and conversions in Salesforce. Lead post-mortem reviews within one week and two months of event completion to analyze lead quality and logistical learnings.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years experience in B2B Event Marketing
- Proven track record of managing end to end trade shows
- Experience working directly with Sales leadership and BDR teams to drive pipeline outcomes
- Experience running events with extended team members contributing to the project from diverse organizations
- Track record for pulling teams together in common work streams and communication channels
- High ownership and urgency
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving/start-up type environment
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Deep understanding of venue operations
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to coordinate diverse teams
