Job Summary

Own the strategy for maximizing face-to-face time at marquee moments like Salesforce World Tours, TDX, and Dreamforce by pre-booking prospect meetings and ensuring dedicated rooms accelerate deals. Operate Tier 1 events as a primary demand generation channel, utilizing AI-driven insights to personalize outreach and precise onsite matchmaking. Manage external vendors for production within budget while overseeing staffing readiness, logistics, and demo station functionality. Act as the brand guardian on the show floor, monitoring booth integrity and coaching staff on approachability. Define and track KPIs for pipeline influence, lead quality, and ROI, delivering post-mortem analysis within one week of event completion. Support internal teams lacking dedicated event staff and ensure rigorous budget reconciliation against quarterly financial targets.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years experience in B2B Event Marketing
  • Proven track record of managing end to end trade shows
  • On-site Management Skills: Comfortable correcting issues on the spot
  • Coaching staff on booth etiquette
  • Fixing brand inconsistencies immediately
  • Service-Oriented Mindset: Willing to roll up your sleeves to help other internal teams succeed
  • Strong experience working directly with Sales leadership and BDR teams to drive pipeline outcomes
  • Experience running events with extended team members contributing to the project from diverse organizations
  • Track record for pulling teams together in common work streams and communication channels
  • High ownership and urgency
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving/start-up type environment
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of venue operations

  • Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., Asana, etc)
