Job Summary
Own event portfolio management from brief through post-event reporting, including vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site execution. Execute end-to-end sponsorships, manage contracts and budgets, and collaborate with sales and design teams to develop booth experiences and promotional materials. Coordinate pre- and post-event outreach to maximize pipeline impact while improving repeatable tradeshow processes and workflows. Evaluate new event opportunities based on audience fit and pipeline potential, traveling up to 50% for onsite supervision. Support the Corporate Events team in delivering high-quality, ROI-driven experiences for founders and finance leaders across the fintech industry.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in event marketing or field marketing
- hands-on tradeshow and conference execution experience
- Demonstrated ability to own events end-to-end: logistics, vendors, onsite execution, and the follow-through that happens after everyone goes home
- Strong project management skills and a structured approach to planning
- experience with project management tools
- Known for cross-functional collaboration and clean handoffs and proactive communication at all levels
- Understands how events connect to business goals
- Team-oriented but self-directed
- Collaborate closely and communicate openly
- Own your workstream without waiting to be told what to do next
- Comfortable using AI tools to streamline planning, communications, and repeatable workflows
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% for onsite event setup, supervision, and management
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, related field, or equivalent professional experience
Desired Qualifications

- Knowledge of the fintech or B2B SaaS industry
- CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) or similar certification
