Job Summary
Manage requests through the IP Access program and support Event Managers in planning and coordinating high-profile programs. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure needs are met, while liaising with speaker resources and Investment Staff to coordinate schedules and capture attendance data. Own pre-event and post-event administration, including reconciling registration lists and managing event budgets.
