Job Summary
Event Marketing Lead at Kenneth Copeland Ministries is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing event-driven marketing initiatives to support all KCM event types, with a primary focus on increasing attendance and participation. The role collaborates with development, digital, and creative teams to review priorities, deliverables, timing, and budgets; manages pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing activities; develops and maintains budgets/forecasts; maintains a master schedule of tasks and deadlines; oversees production and delivery of event materials across print and online channels; partners on event websites and pre-registration tracking; develops tracking mechanisms to measure registrations, engagement, and lead quality; coordinates look and feel to meet brand standards; creates post-event reports with insights and recommendations; and performs other duties as assigned. Requirements include education in advertising/communications/marketing or event management, 3-5 years of event marketing experience with multi-channel campaigns, 3+ years leading programs for large organizations, experience with marketing databases, web, email, and advertising, familiarity with Hubspot/Marketo/AvidAI, and strong creative, analytical, and project-management skills. Experience with ministries is desirable but not required; travel may be involved; office setting; and alignment with ministry doctrines is required.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s (4 year) degree in advertising, communications, marketing or event management preferred.
- 3-5 years event marketing experience and multi-channel marketing experience required.
- Must have 3+ years leading, managing and executing event marketing programs for a large organization or brand.
- Demonstrable experience managing marketing databases, web, email, and advertising campaigns.
- Experience with industry-relevant marketing tools: Hubspot, Marketo, AvidAI, or similar.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate to act.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in event marketing and measurement.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing tactics.
- Previous working experience with ministries is desirable but not required.
- Must have proven project management experience managing multiple projects with firm due dates.
- Attention to detail and verbal accuracy is highly important.
- Must have experience working with other teams, agencies and vendors.
- Must have experience in translating business objectives into winning digital campaigns that generated measurable ROI.
- Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships.
