Job Summary
Support planning and execution of client engagement events, sales marketing programs, and corporate sponsorships, managing RSVP lists, registrations, and attendee communications from invitation through post-event follow-ups. Coordinate event logistics including timelines, run-of-show documents, vendor sourcing, and on-site support while partnering with the Senior Event Marketing Manager to ensure delivery on time and on budget. Serve as a client-facing representative at events to strengthen relationships and drive pipeline impact, maintaining accurate attendee data and overseeing merchandise logistics. Manage marketing administrative tasks such as tracking timelines, coordinating approvals, and organizing records for budgets and vendor documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in event marketing, marketing coordination, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn
- A service-oriented mindset
- Willingness to support on-site events and occasional travel, as needed
- A broad marketing skillset with particular strength in campaign planning and orchestration
- Collaborative working style with content, brand, and sales teams
