Job Summary
Attend pre-scheduled trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads for the local sales team through high-energy product demonstrations and customer interactions. Exceed issued lead targets and goals while managing event setup, tear-down, and data capture for award-winning home solutions products. Work independently without close supervision while keeping the Event Marketing Manager informed, utilizing a smartphone for timekeeping and lead submission. Requires weekend availability, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Starting pay is $18 per hour plus commission, with opportunities for growth into management roles.
