Job Summary
Attend pre-scheduled trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads for the local sales team through high-energy product demonstrations and direct customer interactions. Exceed issued lead targets and goals while managing event setup, tear-down, and data capture for award-winning home solutions. Work weekends and maintain punctuality with a reliable vehicle and smartphone for timekeeping. Starting pay is $18 per hour plus commission, with compensation increasing based on performance.
