Job Summary
Attend trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads for the sales team through high-energy product demonstrations and customer interactions. Exceed issued lead targets and goals while managing event setup and tear-down, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Capture show leads using a smartphone for the company timekeeping application and maintain communication with the Event Marketing Manager. Requires a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and ability to work weekends with flexible scheduling. Starting pay is $18 per hour plus commission, with opportunities for growth into management roles.
