Job Summary
Attend trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads for the sales team through high-energy product demonstrations. Exceed issued lead targets and goals while capturing show data using a smartphone for the company timekeeping application. Perform event setup and tear down, including lifting up to 50 pounds, while working weekends and maintaining punctuality with a reliable vehicle. Submit leads and interact with potential customers independently, keeping the Event Marketing Manager informed. This role supports Leaf Home's award-winning product line, including gutter protection and stair lifts, with compensation starting at $18 per hour plus commission based on performance.
