Job Summary
Attend pre-scheduled trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate leads for the local sales team through ongoing interactions with potential customers. Provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques while exceeding issued lead targets and goals. Set up and tear down event spaces, lifting up to 50 pounds, and capture show leads using a smartphone for the company timekeeping application. Work weekends and maintain high energy levels during extended standing periods at events. This role supports Leaf Home's award-winning product lines including LeafFilter Gutter Protection and Leaf Home Stair Lifts, offering paid training and opportunities for growth into management positions.
