Job Summary
Attend pre-scheduled trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads for the local sales team through ongoing interactions with potential customers. Provide product demonstrations using high-energy engagement techniques while exceeding issued lead targets and goals. Manage event setup and tear-down, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and capture show data using a smartphone for the company timekeeping application. Work weekends and maintain high energy for extended periods without close supervision, while keeping the Event Marketing Manager informed. This role supports Leaf Home's award-winning product lines including LeafFilter and safety solutions within a certified Great Place to Work environment.
