Job Summary
Coordinate crowd management and event operations for UCLA Campus and Rose Bowl Stadium by planning staffing, managing logistics, and executing high-profile events. Interface with clients, venue management, and public safety agencies to establish project needs, develop deployment documents, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Directly supervise over 100 supervisors and staff, conduct briefings, resolve conflicts, and mitigate issues on-site while maintaining strong client relationships. Manage weekly event calendars, travel to various job sites for support, and ensure all operational deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- five years of related work experience
- Ability to maintain good client/customer relations and work in a team setting
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees, applicants, customers, or organizations
- Possess good verbal/written communication skills and people management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and make sound decisions quickly
- Work necessary hours needed to complete job preparation in addition to mandatory event hours
- Walking significant distances, including up and down stairs, as required to roam throughout the venue
- Complete mandated industry training as assigned

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as administrative licensing and training rules, regulations, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write curriculum and materials related and as required by the Company's security and other licensing and training needs
- Ability to speak effectively before large groups of customers or employees of an organization
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Desired Qualifications
- three years of general related experience in security and customer relations, crowd management, military, law enforcement, TSA or other government related experience
