Job Summary
Plan and organize assigned meetings and events of all sizes within U.S. Bank Stadium, monitoring logistics and coordinating activities with service contractors and City providers. Guide clients through contract provisions and policies while serving as the primary liaison between clients and facility departments. Supervise event day staff, oversee facility set-ups and strikes, and manage on-site operations as manager on duty when the Director is unavailable. Prepare cost estimates, final billing, and recommendations for process improvements to increase profitability. Maintain close contact with clients to resolve concerns and ensure successful event execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- At least 4 years related experience and/or training
- Working knowledge of the principles of facility management, services, and equipment for a similar facility
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management, organizational, planning, and solution focused skills
- Strong leadership skills reflected in professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic
- Knowledge of industry terminology, facility capabilities, operational procedures, event coordination and event-related services
- Experience in the principles and techniques of supervision, training, budgeting, and other administrative duties
- Ability to handle and resolve conflict, make common sense decisions and exercise proper action during high tension and stressful situations
- Knowledge using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work under limited supervision and to interact with all levels of staff including management
- Ability to work long and irregular hours that may vary due to functions and may include day, evening, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to move around the facility
- Must be able to stand for long hours during events

- Complex and large scale event management experience
- Concert and live production event management experience
