Job Summary
Plan and coordinate events for a hospitality-focused property, collaborating with members, guests, potential clients, and various departments to manage bookings, logistics, and execution. Responsibilities include scheduling and managing facility use, producing and overseeing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), coordinating with the sales team on contracts for social, corporate, and golf events, conducting property tours, post-event analysis, and maintaining calendars. On-site execution and standards duties require ensuring client setups and event needs (food, beverage, AV, and other programmed elements) are fully prepared and aligned with client expectations, often staying through the event’s conclusion. Core competencies include organization, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, client relationship management, and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications emphasize strong communication, budgeting, and proficiency with event management tools and Office/Google suites.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; one to two years of event planning experience.
- Current Food Handler Card and OLCC License preferred.
