Event Manager Texas

Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling banquet staff including bartenders, servers, and dishwashers while ensuring proper clock-in and clock-out procedures. Lead food and beverage and back-of-house operations during events by executing banquet event orders, managing set-up and breakdown, and maintaining venue cleanliness. Enforce company standards, follow safe food handling guidelines, and nurture employees through coaching and constructive feedback to secure 5-star reviews. Procure and order event-specific supplies including alcohol, ensuring timely delivery and quality control. This part-time role requires weekends, holidays, and late nights with a weekly rate of $20-$25 per hour, plus a 401k match. Candidates must hold a TABC and Food Handlers license, have a valid driver's license, and be eligible to work in the United States.
