Job Summary
Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling banquet staff including bartenders, servers, and dishwashers while ensuring clock-in and clock-out procedures are followed. Execute banquet event orders (BEOs) to lead food and beverage and back-of-house operations, overseeing set-up, breakdown, and venue cleanliness. Nurture employees through coaching and constructive feedback, enforce company policies, and maintain safe food handling standards. Procure and order event supplies including alcohol with quality control checks. Ensure 5-star reviews by delivering exceptional customer service. Requires TABC and Food Handlers license, valid driver's license, and availability for weekends, holidays, and late nights.
Required Qualifications
- TABC and Food Handlers license required in Texas
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Submit/complete background check
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have reliable transportation
- Must be available and willing to work weekends, holidays, and late nights
